i know you meant the voi dvd, i've emailed the maker, so i hope i can get my hands on it! myspace doesnt work for me at work.

i've been working with the introduction to poi dvd from pele's element that you can buy in the azizashop. it is EXCELLENT. really well done.

and i also referred to a dvd i have, that has aziza dancing voi or poi/veil. she performed it in Duisburg at the festival last year, so it's on the festival's dvd, and it's just fantastic. it's kind of cool to watch now i've been doing some poi, as i understand the moves now... ("aaah, that's how it works..."). but boy, it's killing my arms.

and i just found online that poi spinners do do something similar. they call it "flag poi", but the flag's are about half the size of our veils. some glow in the dark, which is kind of cool...
